Customized inspections of your property to find or rule out the presence of Bedbugs. Such inspections can be scheduled quarterly or more frequently if desired

Targeted Inspections
Inspections targeted to a specific room, floor, or other area where you suspect Bedbug activity.  These inspections help your pest control company more effectively target their pesticide applications to those exact places where the Bedbugs are hiding. 

Post treatment Inspections   
An inspection after your pest control company has treated an area. These inspections confirm whether the treatment has been successful in eradicating the Bedbugs.

Inspection Overview                                                                    
The BedbugK9 Detectives team will perform a comprehensive search of the entire premise paying particular attention to any areas and rooms in question.  If Addie detects their scent, she will alert her handler by pinpointing the exact location.  She can sweep a typical hotel room in just 3 to 4 minutes.

Once the inspection is completed, a confidential report documenting the team’s findings will be provided for your records. (Upon request)

During our visit to your site, there will be no company related logos, work uniforms, displayed on our team members or service vehicles.  All information collected before, during, or after a live Bedbug inspection, shall be kept highly confidential, and will not be divulged to outside parties including guests, the media, or the public.
 
DISCLAIMER: While no bed bug inspection can be 100% accurate, the use of a trained canine bed bug inspection team is the most accurate means of detection currently available.  The result of the inspection is an honest evaluation of the premises by the canine’s keen sense of smell and the educated opinion of the certified handler. However, the certified handler is not a licensed pest management professional so final identification and eradication of bed bugs must be done by a licensed pest management professional.
